Asking is the easy part
Three ways to ask. One tap for your customer.
At the counter
Your stand, with your logo
They scan it while they pay. The review opens in their browser: no app, no account.
As they leave
A text, one tap from your dashboard
Sent while they’re still smiling, and only to customers who agreed to hear from you.
Later that day
The same link by email
Missed them at the counter? Send it from the same screen.
Most review stands just send your customers to Google. Yours records the visit, signs the review the moment it’s written, and puts it on your own site, where anyone can check it. Then every reviewer can post the same words on your Google, Yelp and other pages with one tap. And a bad one reaches you first, with up to 30 days to make it right.
You know the pattern. The angry ones find the review box on their own, at eleven at night, with the invoice in their hand. The happy ones say thanks at the counter and drive off, and that thanks goes nowhere.
The people who never leave reviews are the ones who liked you.
Authyr catches them while they’re still in the room. They scan the card on your counter, or you send the link by text or email the moment they’re done, and they’re writing in their browser in one tap. No app to download. No account to make. The review is tied to that visit and signed the moment it’s written, so it counts for something.
Two sides of the same coin.
One star, either way: 5–9% of revenue
Harvard Business School found a one-star change in an independent restaurant’s rating moves revenue by 5 to 9 percent. The same star cuts both ways.
Read reviews before they choose
of consumers read reviews for local businesses. The stranger deciding between you and the shop down the road is reading yours right now.
Leave one when asked
of people who were asked to leave a review went on to leave one. The happy customer isn’t unwilling. Nobody asked while they were still in the room.

The real thing
Not a mock-up. This is what your customers see.

Ask while they’re still smiling.
Every review starts from a recorded visit, so the ask reaches the person who was actually there. It’s one tap in their browser, signed when it’s written, and it lives on your own site. A bad one still reaches you first, with up to 30 days to make it right.
- Every review tied to a recorded visit
- SHA-256 sealed. Any edit shows.
- Anyone can verify it, free
- Up to 30 days to make it right
- On your own site, not just Google
Bring it home
Your reputation shouldn’t live on someone else’s page.
Keep your Google profile. Stop letting it be the only record of your work. Every visit, every review and every fix can live where the work happens: on your own site, signed the moment it’s written, timestamped independently of Authyr, and checkable by anyone — against us, too.

Founder, Authyr · Houston

“I’ve run Google Ads since 2009 and worked in SEO and reputation since 2010. My first post-undergrad job was a seat created to take on the biggest name in reputation management. That trade is how I learned SEO and web development, and it showed me how completely a business ends up living at the mercy of a page it doesn’t own. I stayed in the field and left the shortcuts: white-hat SEO, customer surveys, email and database marketing, enterprise-scale analytics, and helping manage the Google Business Profiles for a whole multi-location portfolio.”
“Authyr is what I would rather have handed them. I’m opening it to ten businesses first. I’ll 3D-print your counter stand myself, walk your team through it, and pick up the phone when you have a question. The first ten get me, not a support queue.”

Questions owners ask first.
How does the customer get the link?+
Three ways: they scan the card on your counter and land straight in their browser, or you send them the link by text or by email from your dashboard the moment they’re done. No app, no account, one tap. Authyr sends the link; you never see it, so nobody but that customer can write the review. Texts go only to customers who agreed to hear from you, and every one carries STOP.
Can I ask only my happy customers?+
Every recorded visit gets the same ask. That is the point: because you can’t pick who gets to review you, a stranger can believe the good ones. A bad review still reaches you first, privately, with up to 30 days to make it right.
Do I have to give up my Google reviews?+
No, and Authyr sends more their way. Your Google profile and every review on it stay exactly where they are. Once a review is sealed, every customer gets one-tap buttons to post the same words on your Google, Yelp, Facebook, BBB or any page you list, from their own account. Authyr never posts for anyone. You end up with reviews on the sites people already check, plus a signed record on your own site that stays yours.
Do my customers need to download an app?+
No. They scan the card on your counter or use your booking link, and leave the review in their browser.
What happens when someone leaves a bad review?+
It reaches you first, privately. Reach out within a week and you get up to 30 days to make it right with the customer. If they are satisfied, they can update their review and the record shows it was resolved. Mediation is built in: messages are capped each day so nobody is pressured, and the customer decides. Once a review is sealed nobody can quietly change it — not the reviewer, not a competitor, not us — which protects you as much as your customers.
What does the founding offer cost?+
Your first month is free, and you get a counter stand with your logo, 3D-printed by the founder and shipped free. After that it is $149/month instead of the normal $299, locked for as long as you stay. Cancel anytime.
Who qualifies for a founding spot?+
Any service business in the United States. There are 10 spots, because the founder sets up each one himself. Once 3 are taken, this page shows how many are left, read live from our billing system. The offer closes October 31.
What happens after I apply?+
Faisel, the founder, reaches out personally — usually within one business day — to set you up, get your counter stand in place, and answer anything you want to ask.
